CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong>
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

General conditions:
\n<\/strong>Prices are per room and could depend on the length and the season.
\nThe charge for electricity, gas, water, taxes and heating are included.
\nCity tax is not included<\/p>\n

Reservation are valid once the requested deposit has been received.<\/p>\n

If, to any reason, the booked room should not be available,
\nwe reserve the right to assign our guests another room with the same characteristics.<\/p>\n

Deposit:<\/strong>
\nWe ask a deposit of 30% of the total cost at confirmation.
\nWe accept deposit by Pay Pall, credit card or Bank transfer.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy:<\/strong>
\n15 days (or less) prior to check in – No refund will be made No refunds on early check outs.
\n(Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)
\nNon reundable tariff are not refunded for any reason.<\/p>\n

Arrival and departure time:<\/strong>
\nOur reception will be open from 09.00 am till 7.00 pm,
\nbut we do accept check in H24 PRIOR COMMUNICATION AND CONFIRMATION.
\nWe can also arrange a Smartk check in with automatic code sent by mail.
\nYou will always have at your disposal our cell phone number to call in case of need
\ninformation or emergency. For emergency you can use the phone that is in the reception.<\/p>\n

Usual Check in from 11:00 am till 07.00 pm<\/strong>
\nIf you arrive later that 07:00 pm, the reception will be closed and we will set a Smart Check In.
\nPlease communicate us the exact time of your arrival in order to organize a Smark Check,
\nwe will send you a code to opern the front door and we will let you know the roomm number.
\nThe Key of the room will be on the door of the room.
\nCheck out time is at 11:00 am
\n<\/strong>All present conditions are intended to be approved by guest at the moment of reservation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
