CANCELLATION POLICY

General conditions:
Prices are per room and could depend on the length and the season.
The charge for electricity, gas, water, taxes and heating are included.
City tax is not included

Reservation are valid once the requested deposit has been received.

If, to any reason, the booked room should not be available,
we reserve the right to assign our guests another room with the same characteristics.

Deposit:
We ask a deposit of 30% of the total cost at confirmation.
We accept deposit by Pay Pall, credit card or Bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy:
15 days (or less) prior to check in – No refund will be made No refunds on early check outs.
(Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)
Non reundable tariff are not refunded for any reason.

Arrival and departure time:
Our reception will be open from 09.00 am till 7.00 pm,
but we do accept check in H24 PRIOR COMMUNICATION AND CONFIRMATION.
We can also arrange a Smartk check in with automatic code sent by mail.
You will always have at your disposal our cell phone number to call in case of need
information or emergency. For emergency you can use the phone that is in the reception.

Usual Check in from 11:00 am till 07.00 pm
If you arrive later that 07:00 pm, the reception will be closed and we will set a Smart Check In.
Please communicate us the exact time of your arrival in order to organize a Smark Check,
we will send you a code to opern the front door and we will let you know the roomm number.
The Key of the room will be on the door of the room.
Check out time is at 11:00 am
All present conditions are intended to be approved by guest at the moment of reservation.
